Our Policies is a state-specific real estate school offering California prospective agents and current agents hassle-free, affordable education for all levels of their careers. Our focus is your success.

We offer immediate access to all courses and study materials. Our courses include complementary online exams at the end of your class. With, you have 180 days after purchasing to complete your course—even though you can finish your prelicense package in less than 2 months! Extensions are available if needed.

Attendance Policy

At, we have no strict class schedule that our students have to follow. It's a beautiful day and you feel like hitting the beach instead of hitting the books? No problem. You choose when "class is in session." Study when you want—and when it's convenient for you.

Credit for courses is only given when 100% of a course is completed.

There is no leave of absence policy for California License.

Prerequisite School Requirements

All students must be at least 18 years of age and have either a high school diploma or its equivalent.

Refund Policy

You may cancel your enrollment for any reason for up to 7 days from the date that you made your purchase with California License. The refund/cancellation request must be made to California License via phone, fax or email before midnight on the 7th day.*

* For shipped products, students have a 3-day window from the date that the tracking indicates the product has been delivered to request a refund. Please note that most shipped products have an ebook component so access to the course(s) for the student is immediate.


Student email support is available during regular administrative hours. Our office is closed in recognition of the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
